Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your mayastar.com clothing purchase, we will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 15 days of receipt of items. Sale items, jewelry, gifts and accessories are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

• Returns sent back after 15 days will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
• All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Maya* recommends that all returned packages are insured for the full cost of the item(s) as we hold no responsibility for returns lost in shipment.
• We will not accept C.O.D. packages, customer covers returning shipping costs.
• NOTE: A Return Authorization number must be granted for all returns. If we receive a return without a return authorization number, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
• Email web.mayastar@yahoo.com or call customer service at 1-877-611-MAYA to obtain a return authorization number. Please have invoice number, size, and color information available.
• Once the return is approved, a Return Authorization form will be sent to you by email or fax.
• Securely pack all returning items with a copy of the Return Authorization Form and ship back to:

Shipping Policy

All mayastar.com purchases are sent insured via UPS. Products can be sent Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air and will be subject to the following shipping charges:

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted by 12pm CST. Overnight orders submitted after 12pm CST on Thursday and before 12pm CST Friday will arrive the following Monday. All overnight orders placed after 12PM CST and throughout the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

• Mayastar.com will not ship to P.O. Box addresses
• We are currrently unable to ship to addresses outside the United States
